We are in-network with Delta Dental, Moda, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon. We will also bill out-of-network insurances as well.
Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider to make sure your coverage meets your needs and your budget.
In our office, we collect payment at time of service, we also accept CareCredit, as well as major credit cards.
